Xhosa flower essence— “white ways/white paths"(also known as African Dream Root) is a plant native to the Eastern Cape of South Africa, where it is regarded by the Xhosa people as a sacred plant. Its root is traditionally used to induce vivid (and according to the Xhosa, prophetic) dreams. This is the essence form, so none of the alkaloids traditionally used are present.

Totally ineffective.

I am sensitive to flower essences, and have gotten a lot of use out of them in the past, so I was not only open to this working, I was genuinely looking forward to using it.

No dice. I got absolutely nothing out of either this product or the Coleus essence.

I regret both purchases.

Xhosa & Coleus FE's

Xhosa is a super aggressive FE. To enhance my dreams it first cleared out and detoxed everything hanging out in the 4th dimension of my auric field. After a few days of this it began enhancing my dreams. I also found that Coleus FE really helped to recall my dreams better. Highly recommend both of these FE's for dream work.
