Definitely helps

Since my teen years and having teeth pulled and braces installed, I have had a tooth grinding problem. Finally, at retirement age, I have found Snapdragon essence, and it has dramatically reduced the grinding. I still grit my teeth when under stress, but I expect this to diminish with continued treatment.

It works!

I read the Snapdragon description of teeth grinding, and and the need to chew. That was me. I constantly needed to chew gum to relieve the need to chew, to avoid unnecessary eating. It was a stress response for me. Since taking the essence I no longer have that need to chew! I have completely stopped chewing gum. Love it!
