The reasons for insomnia are many, but this Bouquet Blend will assist those who have busy minds. It eases cyclical thought patterns, worry, and the need to understand everything "right now." Flower essences are not sedatives. This will not make you drowsy. It still be taken throughout the day just like any other essence.
 
This is a 1 oz bottle that should last you at least a month. All flowers used are described below.

Peaceful Sleep Flower Essence will work best for people who are at least one of the following:
  • Have an overactive mind
  • Have repetitive unwanted thoughts or worries
  • Are a chronic multi-tasker and have trouble "powering down"
  • Feel like you have to have it all figured out
  • Encounter mild to moderate anxiety
  • Are an intense or driven personality
  • Have a hard time resting
  • Tend to be mentally active
  • Carry neck and shoulder tension
Flower essences work differently than sedatives, so you may combine them with whatever you are currently doing.  You can also take Peaceful Sleep during the day for general stress relief. 

White Chestnut is a well known remedy for insomnia if your thought life is what keeps you awake at night.  It helps us get off of the mental merry-go-round and reminds you that you don't have to figure everything out right now.  You can trust that the answers will be there when you need them.  White Chestnut is appropriate for those with OCD, as well as those of us with just "busy minds".  White Chestnut can tame the worries, give you confidence in daily problem solving, and realize that your challenges are opportunities to grow. 

Lemon Balm facilitates a deep natural relaxation.  It eases the velocity of the mind, helps you wind down, and eases fears and anxieties. There may be anxiety over something obvious or anxiety over something lurking in the background of the mind.  Either way, Lemon Balm helps to release those, usually through dreams.  When the body and conscious mind are relaxed, an active state of dreaming occurs.  Lemon Balm also helps to regulate sleep cycle.

Lavender flower essence also helps to quiet the mind.  It helps you learn to balance out your mental/spiritual/physical energies to be more effective through each phase of resting, and being active mentally and spiritually.  A side benefit of Lavender is that it can release tension in the neck and shoulders, due to the "wound up" nature of those who would benefit from Lavender. 

Lettuce is a great calmer and it soothes the central nervous system and eases external stresses.  Useful for overstimulation, feeling wound too tight, restless.

"I haven't been taking this very long but I can really tell the difference.  I never had a problem going to sleep, but I would wake up in the night with my mind going, not worry, just very mentally awake with thoughts hopscotching around.  I am very plugged in to my cell phone, computer, tablets and do a lot of multi-tasking which has developed into Acquired Attention Deficit Disorder, which is my friend during the day, but not so much at night.  I notice on the nights I use Peaceful Sleep, when I wake up, I can go right back to sleep and I am more relaxed when awake.  I only add it to my drinks in the evenings, I would probably do even better taking it throughout the day since it is not a sedative, but a mind calmer". -SS

pleased as always

I purchased this for my son, a teen who has always struggled with insomnia. It has helped him a lot. He finds that while he will still go through bouts of waking in the night, he can more easily return to sleep since using this product. Also, I feel that sleep quality has improved, as his overall disposition seems brighter.

Very Useful

I love Peaceful sleep for quieting my thoughts before bed. I normally start taking this a couple of hours before bed. I combine with it with the Prickly Pear essence from FF + it really helps me to relax, let go + have good sleep. Sometimes I even take the two when I'm stressed out + that seems to ease any stress I am feeling

Helped my four year old

Our daughter began to have more trouble than usual going to sleep at night. She seems to be a bit anxious or energized at night, and was having trouble falling asleep quickly at her bedtime, but we could tell she needed the sleep and was overtired from staying up too late at bedtime.
