Chrysanthemum Flower Essence

I’ve started taking this to help me mentally and emotionally as I navigate some health challenges. I was hoping for something that would help me to get out of the pattern of feeling afraid and wondering if I really would ever get better, because I know the mind is so powerful. I also wanted to be led by my intuition so I could make the best choices to support my body through all this. I’ve been working with a therapist and done EMDR, and I do tapping (EFT) and visualization meditations, and things were improving but it felt like I needed something more to help solidly these new ways of thinking more positively. The chrysanthemum has been a huge help! I also take borage so I’m not sure what’s doing what there, but my intuition says the chrysanthemum is really making the biggest difference. I got this essence with the body coaching program. Within 2 or 3 days, I was overwhelmed bythe way my spirit came to the front and led. This essence has brought my spirit foward, helped me see and make connections at a way faster rate (..which I really like!) and it is one I don't want to be without.
