This is an excellent starter set or gift for someone.

All of the essences in this kit are 1 oz blends that should last you at least a month of daily use. Not available in  the UK. Australia orders with this product will be shipped from the US. 

We recommend taking no more than one blend at a time. Here's why and some possible work arounds.

Essentials!!

I bring this kit with me everywhere and take the essence that I need depending on what is going on internally. Crisis care came in handy for me so far. I really enjoyed the book too. Overall, I love this package and would recommend to anyone who is looking to help their day to day flow with life
